ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Police Department is asking for help looking for two missing siblings last seen with their non-custodial mother. Police say Avaya Paul, 5, and Mateo Paul, 7, were last seen with their biological mother, Jessenya Rodriguez-Rivera, on Friday, Oct. 23. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
