Roadwork to cause traffic delays on University and South Clinton Avenues, East Broad Street — Rochester Community news

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Starting on Wednesday, roadwork will affect traffic on University Avenue, South Clinton Avenue, and East Broad Street. A section of University Avenue will be closed from Blossom to North Winton roads through Friday, Nov. 13, for utility infrastructure repairs. South Clinton Avenue will be closed to traffic from Court to East Broad streets because of sewer infrastructure repairs.
