First Alert Weather: Tracking a cool but dry Halloween, then another warm up — Rochester Technology news

ROCHESTER, N.Y. Halloween is finally upon us! And the forecast is anything but scary, though it will be a little cool. We ll see some lake clouds Friday night and to start Saturday morning. But high pressure build in will help to clear most of those lake clouds, giving way to a mostly sunny sky. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s to start the day, and we ll end in the mid 50s under a mostly sunny sky. The Trick or Treat forecast will be a little cool. For the younger kids heading out just after dinner, temperatures will hover near 50 by about 5-6 o clock. Then we ll be dropping into the upper and mid 40s by 8 or 9 o clock. The good news is we ll be dry and we ll also see a mainly clear starlit sky. We fall back Saturday night/Sunday morning (technically we set our clocks back at 2am Sunday morning) as Daylight Saving time comes to an end. This means our sun sill rise Sunday morning at 6:45am and set at 5:02pm. Meanwhile, our weather will be love
